Refund policy
At Bling On Jewels, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
After verification, we will provide a replacement for the same product.
Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for replacement.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
